Welcome to Stan Advisors LLC. By booking an appointment or providing your phone number to us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Overview
Stan Advisors LLC provides appointment scheduling services. To assist you with your booking, we send automated transactional text messages (confirmations, reminders, and updates) directly to the mobile number you provide.

2. SMS Program & Consent
By checking the opt-in box on our booking form and submitting your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive automated text messages from Stan Advisors LLC. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency and Rates
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments (typically 2 to 3 messages per scheduled appointment).
Fees: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Stan Advisors LLC does not charge for sending or receiving text messages.

4. How to Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our phone number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

5. How to Get Help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing us at info@toftax.com.

6. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
